NEW BEGINNING
Adam Lucius Glover, our president is a different breed of thinker. Born the third child of eight , December 30th 1982, growing up learning to appreciate relationships and cultivate community, giving back whenever you get a chance".
If it isn't one thing it most definitely is another with Adam Lue the multi-talented music producer-musician, song writer and now CEO and President of Adephanie Multimedia Inc. a growing multimedia company, based in Erie Pennsylvania. He's positioned himself as a promising graphic designer and fashion producer, with designs on T's for local events to a budding collection available via the web (see Black Money University below). What makes Adam Lue different from your average hip hop mogul, is his drive coming from humbling situations, upbringing in the church, and working out of the lower middle class, were watching two parents working hard to raise six children, built his sense of family and community. Meanwhile, growing up in music, computers and hanging with some interesting and influential characters in his city, built and perfected young Adam Lue's business savvy. He's not a cousin of an industry Who's Who, he's just building from the ground up, full steam.

THE REAL DEAL
In second grade he was selling pictures on manila paper to classmates for 10 to 25 cents. The drawings and designs have come a long way, complete with an eclectic ear in music. Taking a nudge from their local church Adam's parents place him in private lessons for trumpeting. Yes, it is documented with video complete and all of Adam, mastering the trumpet and then later moving on to any instrument he could get his hands on. By high school graduation from the highly esteemed Northwest PA Collegiate Academy in 2001, "fiddling" with classic guitar lessons, being an organist, trumpeteer, pianist, violinist, drummer, 'self-proclaimed' bassist and composer arranger were added to his repertoire. Later, going forward and attending the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, majoring in business management and concentration in entreprenuership, young Adam soaked up the knowledge at the Eberly Business college. Due to hard financial times, the focuse of educational achievement wasn't his priority resulting in him, withdrawing in his sophmore year early 2004. Well, he did have two business certificate in entreprenuership through Gannon University SBDC with a joint program through GECAC (The Greater Erie Community Action Committee), before graduating high school. In September of 2009, Adam decided to re pursue a dream he once held and enrolled in the Tri-State Business Institute to finish his degree in business management and marketing. With all the success, why go back, "I have a great life, gorgeous wife, beautiful children and a awesome career path, but this missing block I feel is going to change the game even further for me and minds."  Anyone who knows Adam can tell you, he is just your that friend, funny, witty, but man-, is that man ever so focused.

PASSION
We cannot speak for the entire Adephanie staff, however, Adam Lue Glover Designs (ALG Designs) currently produces 4 T shirt designs a day. Adam is very fond of creating catalogs of works as his instrumentals are still in production at 3 full length instrumentals a day some samples and some completely original from SCRATCH (see Black Money University Music below ). "My whole process comes from brainstorming all the time and then impletmenting the idea when I get the inbetween between times,..." Having an urban edge appealing to demographics with ages 18 to 31, keeping in touch with the ever changing pulse of design.
